My packages are based on a 3-month minimum commitment. Marketing isn't an overnight fix – it takes time to develop, implement, and refine strategies that deliver meaningful results. After the initial period, our agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis. 30 days' written notice is required to cancel after the initial period - no long-term contracts or hidden commitments here.

A Marketing Engine is a focused marketing system designed to drive specific results in one area of your marketing. During our initial strategy session, I'll help you identify which engine(s) will best support your business goals. Your choice should align with your most pressing marketing challenges - but you can always add or switch engines as your marketing evolves!

Implementation hours cover all the hands-on work needed to execute your marketing strategy. These hours include content creation and system optimisations and implementations. I track my hours through my project management system.

Hours are allocated monthly and don't roll over to the following month.

This encourages consistent progress, rather than stop-start implementation.

If you anticipate a month with lower needs, we can plan ahead.

If you anticipate needing additional hours, we can discuss this during our strategy session.

Additional implementation hours can be purchased at a rate of £50.00 per hour. For occasional small overages (under 1 hour), I typically don't charge extra. However, if you consistently need more hours, we might discuss upgrading your package.

I'll always communicate clearly before any additional charges would apply. You'll never be surprised by unexpected costs - transparency is key to our partnership.

The setup fee covers your comprehensive onboarding process - a crucial foundation for our partnership. It includes our initial discovery session, strategy development, and systems setup specific to your business. It also covers the creation of custom dashboards and reporting tools tailored to your goals. This one-time investment creates efficiency for all future work, allowing us to focus on implementation rather than figuring things out as we go.

For the Seed plan, 2-week lite onboarding requires approximately 2-3 hours of your time. For the Growth or Thrive plans, 4-week comprehensive onboarding will require approximately 4-6 hours of your time, total. Time is spread across several touchpoints, not all at once. And, the more information you can provide upfront, the more effective our implementation will be!

Success metrics are customised to your business goals and chosen Marketing Engines. Typical metrics could include:

• Lead generation
• Conversion rate
• Engagement rate
• Email performance

Which you will be able to track in your dashboard and monthly report. We'll review and refine metrics during strategy sessions to ensure they remain aligned with your wider business goals.

You can upgrade your package at any time with no additional setup fee. Upgrades take effect immediately, with pro-rated billing for the remainder of the month. Downgrades require 30 days' notice and take effect in the following billing cycle. I'll make sure we discuss potential package changes during strategy sessions, to ensure they align with your goals.

If your needs change temporarily, we can discuss one-time additions, rather than changing packages.

My focus is on strategy, copywriting, and technical implementation.

Basic design work (e.g. organic social templates) is available for a one-off additional cost through my packages.

Specialised design work (custom graphics, brand development, etc.) is also available through vetted partners.

Content creation (copywriting, emails, landing pages) is also included in your implementation hours.

My partner services include:

Partner services are quoted separately and transparently.

All partners are professionals I've previously collaborated with on other projects. I can manage partner relationships on your behalf at no extra cost. This approach gives you the benefit of specialised expertise without managing multiple providers.

You'll work directly with me (Lucy) as your dedicated marketing partner. There's no account manager handling your implementation - this ensures consistency, a deep understanding of your business, and high-quality execution.

For specialised tasks, I will collaborate with my partner network (with your approval).

You'll never have to re-explain your business or preferences to new team members - a stable relationship is the key difference between working with me and the traditional agency approach.
